With creativity being an important part of creating nourishing and delicious plant-based dishes and teaching creative yoga sequences the urge for a place to bring it all together was an evident next step.īringing people together means sharing the creative path: together with Antonia the first event of INSYNC’s vision “Yoga & Clay + Brunch” was born in Vienna. It stands for creating something simple with imagination and skill, that is beautiful or expresses important ideas or feelings. In the summer of 2022 INSYNC’s final component NAÏVE ART came to the surface. A journal for self-transformation and deeper understanding of the self, guided by the seven Chakras. Since the complex studies of the Chakras, the energy centers in the human body were a big part of her teaching and trainings, Andrea’s book The Chakra Journey was brought to life. This time evoked the desire to share the journey of spirituality and healing through movement and food.

Once more the excitement to expand and learn took Andrea to Bali and Singapore attending yoga classes and getting inspired by various teaching techniques. Andrea found herself teaching private classes, practicing together with yogis in yoga studios or offices, parks and retreats in Austria, Croatia, and Portugal. At that time yoga classes all over Vienna started to take the lead and transformed the business to “Flow with Andrea”.

Andrea created plant-based recipes for known brands such as Joya, Feinstoff, Kenwood, Kissatea, and Ichoc. “Eat with Andrea” was all about recipe development. Before heading back to Vienna Andrea worked as a vegan chef in London for two of the top yoga studios with a plant-based café in Richmond and Baker Street.īack in 2016 after a year of living all over the world, the time had come to start her own business. She had fallen in love with the States and continued traveling to San Francisco and New York, teaching yoga in offices in Manhattan and attending yoga classes in the most popular spots of this vibrant city. She managed and taught in a yoga studio and organized weekly soul lunches. In New Orleans soul food and yoga found their synergy for the first time in Andrea’s life. To deepen her knowledge in the complex studies of spirituality and yoga, Andrea stayed in Costa Rica for three more months before a wink from the universe led her to the United States.

Traveling, meeting new people, experiencing new things, and learning were a huge part of that journey. Her first stop on this journey took her to a Yoga Teacher Training in the lush and hidden spots of Costa Rica, where she found transformation and a deeper understanding of herself. As a nutritionist, she worked for a food delivery start-up in Vienna, creating creative recipes, cooking, and planning food boxes to facilitate healthier cooking at home.īesides the art of recipe creation, Andrea discovered her deep love for YOGA as a form of healing through movement. It all started 8 years ago with the first component SOUL FOOD, when Andrea, the founder of INSYNC, finished her studies in Nutritional Sciences.
